Down in Patna, over on Road No. 3 in Rajendra Nagar, you will find us at 156 B. This part of Rajendra Nagar is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. Since it’s a multispeciality hospital, we have different things going on at the same time. One person might be here for one thing while someone else is here for something completely different. It keeps the staff busy trying to coordinate everything. The building has been here for a while and shows its age in some spots, but it serves its purpose. We have the standard hospital smell of disinfectant that you get used to after five minutes. The parking outside can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so people often have to find spots further down the road. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to families in the waiting area. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is in the right room. Patna weather can be quite harsh, so the lobby is usually crowded with people trying to stay out of the sun. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world, just a reliable one where people can come. The files are kept in cabinets and we still use a lot of paper for our notes.
