Palm View Hospital

This Palm View Hospital is located over in Nandanpuri, which is part of the Khajpura area in Patna. Being in Patna, it gets quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans going full blast all day long. The address might seem a bit long when you write it out, but once you’re in Nandanpuri, it’s not hard to spot us. We have several floors and the stairs are a bit steep, but people manage. The lobby is usually filled with families waiting for news or just keeping someone company. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and the floor tiles are a bit worn down from all the walking back and forth. It’s a busy atmosphere most of the time. The doctors here have been working in this part of Patna for years and they know a lot of the families by name. We don't use any fancy management software; it's mostly just local people doing their jobs. The pharmacy section near the front always has a bit of a queue. Outside, the street is usually crowded with rickshaws and vendors, so there’s always something to look at through the front glass. We try to keep the place organized, but with so many people coming in, it can get a bit messy by the end of the day. It’s just a regular hospital serving the Nandanpuri community.
