Front Office Staff In Magadh Hospital Patna

We are based at Ram Krishan Colony near the Mahewndru post office. Our group is basically the front office staff for Magadh Hospital here in Patna. It’s a busy environment because people are always coming in and out with health concerns. Our job is mostly about keeping things organized at the entrance and making sure everyone knows where to go. It can get a bit chaotic in the mornings when the queues start forming. We sit at the desk and handle the registrations and the phone calls. You see a lot of different things working in a hospital front office. Sometimes we are just helping people find the right room or explaining how to fill out a form. We don't have a big fancy office for ourselves, just the station where we work in the lobby area. The colony is usually busy with people, and there is always something happening outside. We just try to stay focused and get through the paperwork. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking lists. We are just a group of regular people doing our shift every day to keep the hospital running as smoothly as we can manage. It gets tiring but we stay until the shift ends.
