Ohh Babushka Restaurant & Cafe Private Limited is our little business in Patna. You can find us at Flat No- 302/A1 in Farhan Enclave. This is in the Samanpura area, zip code 800014. Patna is a big, busy city, and Samanpura is one of those places that never seems to sleep. We chose a flat for our cafe which might seem a bit different, but it gives it a more home-like feel. We aren't like those big chain restaurants you see in the malls. We are just a few people who like cooking and serving food. The name Ohh Babushka is something we liked because it sounds friendly. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or talking to people who stop by. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. Word of mouth is how most people find us in Farhan Enclave. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, or the street outside is blocked with traffic, but that is just Patna for you. We try to keep things relaxed. It's a Private Limited company because that's what was needed for the registration, but we run it very simply. We don't use any complicated recipes or expensive ingredients. We just use what's fresh at the local market. Our staff is small and we all do a bit of everything, from cleaning to cooking. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy seeing people eat. We hope to stay in Samanpura for a long time.
