New Max Care Hospital

This hospital is tucked away in the Sheikhpura Bagicha area, right near the IGIMS Dharmshala. If you know Bailey Road, you know how hectic the traffic can get around Raja Bazar. We see it every day from our windows. People are always rushing back and forth between the different medical buildings here. Our spot is a bit quieter once you step inside, away from the horns and the dust of the main road. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we walk or take a rickshaw to work. It is a practical building with a lot of corridors. We spend our mornings checking on patients and making sure everything is clean. There is a lot of movement because of the dharmshala next door. Families are always coming and going. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall just down the street when there is a break. The hospital has been part of this neighborhood for a while. We don't have anything flashy, just the rooms and the equipment we need to do our jobs. It gets quite hot in the summer months, but we manage. Most of the people who come to see us are from the surrounding districts. They tell us about their long bus rides to get here. We listen and try to help with whatever is bothering them. It is just a regular hospital doing its thing on a busy road.
