Our place is right in the middle of the Kankarbagh Colony area. Specifically, we’re over in Khasmahal, near Mithapur. It’s right by the Sabzi Mandi, so things get pretty lively in the mornings with all the vendors and people buying their groceries. We are located near the auto stand, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are. Our office is on Gaytri Mandir Road. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We have been operating here for quite some time now. It’s a local business, through and through. You’ll usually hear the sounds of the market and the autos while we’re working. We don't have a fancy corporate suite. It’s just a regular building where we handle our business affairs. The team knows the regulars who walk by every day. We do a variety of things depending on what's needed. It's the kind of place where you stop for a tea and talk about the day's work. We don’t use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned hard work and keeping track of our customers. Being near the temple means there’s a nice vibe to the street. We like being part of this community. It feels like home to us. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. There is always someone coming in to ask a question or just to say hello while they are out doing their shopping at the market nearby.
