Our hospital is tucked away in Flat No-205 at Rekha Mansion. It is in the Lohiyanagar area, which is part of Kankarbagh in Patna. It is a residential-feeling spot, so it stays a bit quieter than being right on the main noisy road. Our pin code is 800020. Being on the second floor means people have to use the stairs or the lift, and the lift can be a bit slow when the building is busy. We set this up to serve the families living right here in the neighborhood. Patna is such a crowded city, and finding a place where you can actually talk to someone is not always easy. We have some beds set up and the basic equipment we need for general care. It is not like those giant hospitals where you get lost in the hallways for hours. Here, you just walk in and we are right there at the desk. The walls are painted a light color to make the rooms feel a bit brighter. Sometimes the traffic in Kankarbagh is a real nightmare, so we usually tell people to leave home early for their appointments. We see a lot of kids and elderly folks from the nearby flats. It is a lot of responsibility keeping a place like this running every day, but we do our bit. We are not trying to be the biggest hospital in Patna, just a place where you can get help.
