Mednios Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based out of Jakriyapur in the Khemnichak area of Patna. We’re located at the property of Deepak Kr Jha. This part of town is growing fast, but it still has a lot of that local, residential feel. Our office isn't in a big glass building. It’s just a regular place where we do our daily pharmaceutical work. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors or checking the stock in the back room. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially when there’s construction going on nearby. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. It’s just a place where work gets done. We have a few computers and a lot of shelving for the products we manage. Sometimes we lose track of time because there’s always something to do. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to run a reliable business. We deal with a lot of different medicines and it takes a lot of attention to detail. Sometimes we make mistakes on the paperwork and have to redo it, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. It’s an honest living in a busy part of Bihar. We keep the doors open and the fans running and just get through the list of tasks. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we're a close team.
