Medizone Hospitals

Medizone Hospitals is found in the Old Jakkanpur part of Kankarbagh, right near Shalimar Sweets. Anyone who lives in Kumhrar or Kankarbagh knows where Shalimar Sweets is, so it makes finding us pretty easy. The area is always crowded with people buying sweets or heading to the market, and the roads can get really narrow with all the rickshaws. The hospital itself is a straightforward place. We have various wards and a small waiting area that usually has some news playing on a small TV. The smell of cleaning fluid is always there, which I guess is a good thing for a hospital. Our staff mostly lives in the surrounding neighborhoods, so they know the shortcuts to get here. Sometimes the electricity cuts out, which is common around here, but the generator starts up soon enough. We don’t have a big corporate office or a PR team. We just have our sign outside and the word of mouth from people in Jakkanpur. It can get a bit chaotic in the mornings when the doctors arrive and everyone wants to be seen at once. Families often gather in the hallways to talk, and the atmosphere is very much like the rest of the neighborhood—busy and a bit loud. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things moving. It is a plain, hardworking hospital that has been part of this street for quite a while now. It’s the kind of place where you might run into your neighbor in the lobby while you're waiting.
