Medidon Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is located down in Gulzarbagh. We are in the Kailash Nagar area, specifically near Mehandiganj. If you know Patna-800001, you know it’s an older part of the city with lots of history and very tight streets. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it serves our purpose. We manage our pharmaceutical distribution from here. It gets quite loud outside with the rickshaws and the people walking to the market. We've got a small team here. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking the inventory. We don't have a reception area with a sofa or anything like that. It’s mostly just a workspace. The weather gets really humid in this part of Bihar, and we spend a lot of time making sure the storage stays dry. It’s a lot of manual work, moving stuff around and making sure the labels are correct. We don't use a lot of fancy software, just the basics to keep things running. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when a new shipment arrives. But we’ve lived and worked in Patna long enough to be used to it. We just focus on getting the medicine to where it needs to go. Every morning starts with a quick chat about the day's route. It’s a steady life and it keeps us occupied. Sometimes we get the orders mixed up, but we fix them as soon as we notice. That's just how we do things here.
