Mathematics Teaching Centre

You can find Mathematics Teaching Centre over in Dinobally, right by Vidaya Niketan. We are very close to Dr. R.C. Ram’s clinic, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The area is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We have been here for a while, focusing just on math. It is a subject that a lot of kids find difficult, so there is always someone coming in for help. The classrooms are basic—just desks, a board, and some chalk or markers. We don’t have air conditioning or anything fancy, just fans that hum in the summer. Sometimes the clinic next door gets crowded, and we see people waiting outside while our students are finishing up their lessons. It’s a small operation. We handle different grades, but it’s all numbers and logic at the end of the day. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, if a parent wants to talk, we just pull up a chair in the corner. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of the families around here. The focus is purely on the work. We keep our books organized and try to make sure every student gets a chance to ask their questions before the hour is up. It’s a bit cramped when a big group comes in, but we make it work somehow.
