Mastodon Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based out of a house in Kankerbagh. It is Ramesh Chandra Kumar’s place, known as Chandra Niwas, house number K/18. Kankerbagh is a pretty big residential colony in Patna, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. We set up the office here because it was convenient for everyone involved. We handle different pharmaceutical products and keep track of where everything is supposed to go. The building is a two-story house and we use the ground floor mostly for the business stuff. It is a bit quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice when we have a lot of paperwork to get through. Sometimes the courier guys have a hard time finding the exact house number since the lanes in Kankerbagh can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We just tell them to look for the sign near the gate. It is not a flashy setup with fancy furniture or a big reception desk. We have some sturdy tables, a few computers, and lots of filing cabinets for all the medicine records. It’s just a normal workplace where a few of us sit and handle the daily operations. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it suits us fine for what we need to do. It’s a straightforward house-office that gets the job done.
