Madikka Pharma Private Limited

Madikka Pharma Private Limited is based out of North Patel Nagar, right on ADM Road at House Number 6. This is Sh. Prasant Kumar’s place. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like those cold business districts. You’ll find us working away inside, usually surrounded by stacks of files and the hum of a computer. The street outside can get a bit narrow when people park their bikes, but it is home for the business. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the pharmaceutical side of things as best as we can. Every morning, we open up, check the emails, and see what the day brings. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it hard to get around the Patna streets, so we end up staying late to catch up. It’s a lot of coordination with different people. We spend a lot of time talking to distributors and making sure everything is in order. The office is simple. We have a couple of desks and a place to keep the records. It is about getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. Working from a house makes the environment feel a bit more relaxed, even when things get busy. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s just how we do business here in North Patel Nagar, staying busy and keeping things moving along.
