Ltem Marketing Private Limited has its office at Plot No-5445. We are in Shop No-603 in the village of Pariharpur. This is a bit of a different setup because we are basically operating out of a shop unit. It is small but it is easy to manage. Pariharpur is a place where everyone knows each other, so we see the same faces every day. The shop is located on a plot that has several other small businesses nearby. We have our desks set up in a way that uses all the available space. There isn't much room for a lounge or a big meeting table, so we usually just talk across our monitors. It can get a bit dusty because the road is right there, but we try to keep things clean. We have some metal cupboards for our documents and a small bench for visitors. Our work is mostly focused on marketing projects which keep us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the local kids play near the shop, and we can hear them while we are working. It is a very grounded environment. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we come to do a job. We like the simplicity of being in a village shop. It keeps things uncomplicated and allows us to focus on the tasks we have for the day.
