Divya Agency

Our place, Divya Agency, is situated right at Maharani Chowk in Fathuha. It’s a central spot in the town, so there’s always something happening right outside our doors. We act as an agency for different products, mainly focusing on getting supplies to the local shops and people who need them in this area. The office is pretty basic with just some desks, chairs, and piles of invoices from the week's work. We aren't into the whole corporate look with glass walls and uniforms. It’s more about checking the registers and making sure the deliveries are going out on time. Fathuha can be a very busy area, especially around the chowk, so we have to plan our day around the traffic and the local market hours. We get all sorts of people walking in asking about prices or looking for specific items they can't find elsewhere. We’ve been here at this location for a bit now, so the locals know the name. We don't have a fancy website or a mission statement pinned to the wall. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start working through the list of things to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones get wonky, but that’s just part of being in business here. We keep our records in books and on the computer, trying to stay as organized as we can. It’s just a local business run by local people who understand the town.
