L&T Daewoo Jv

L&T Daewoo Jv is set up over at Plot No.6H/31 in the Bahadurpur Housing Colony. We are right on Bhootnath Road, tucked away behind Mithila Hospital. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you have the hospital traffic and then the residential feel of the colony all mixed together. Our gate is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Most people around here know us as the place behind the hospital where all the big projects get planned. It’s a joint venture, so there is always a mix of different people and ideas floating around the office. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans or talking about equipment. The office isn't anything special, just some desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the noise from Bhootnath Road gets a bit loud, especially during the rush hour, but we just close the windows and keep at it. It’s a practical workspace for a team that has a lot of ground to cover. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing; we’d rather just focus on the engineering and the logistics of our projects. Living and working around Bahadurpur has its own pace, and we’ve fit right into it. It is just a bunch of us trying to get the job done right in this corner of the city.
