Khushi Hospital

Running Khushi Hospital on Kanti Factory Road means there is never really a dull moment. We are right here in Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, and the street outside always has something going on. The building itself has been around for a bit, and we do our best to keep it tidy for everyone coming through the doors. It’s mostly local people from the neighborhood who stop by when they aren't feeling well. We have a few rooms and a waiting area that usually has a news channel playing on the small TV. The staff spends a lot of time checking charts and talking to families about what’s happening. It’s not a giant corporate facility, just a local hospital trying to handle the daily health issues that pop up around here. Sometimes the traffic on Kanti Factory Road makes it a little loud, but you get used to it after a week of working here. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the patients are looked after as best as we can manage. There is a lot of tea and coffee drinking in the break room during the late shifts. We try to be helpful when people are worried, which happens a lot in this line of work. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. Most days are just about managing the flow of people and keeping the lights on for anyone who needs us.
