Started the office here in Kankarbagh years ago. We are right on the Main Road, just near the overbridge. You know how the traffic gets there, especially in the evenings. It’s a busy spot but we like it because people can find us easily. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in folders and calendars. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking computer screens for travel dates. Sometimes the printer acts up right when a customer is waiting for their ticket, which is a bit of a headache. The staff has been around for a long time, so we all know each other well. We eat lunch together most days when it isn't too crowded. People stop by to ask about bus timings or flight prices to different cities. It’s nothing fancy, just a plain room with some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The bridge outside makes a lot of noise with the trucks passing by, but we’ve gotten used to it. We try to keep things organized but with so many bookings, there’s always a pile of paper somewhere. It gets really hot in the summer months, so the fan is always running at full speed. Most of our regulars are from around the neighborhood. They just walk in, sit down, and we figure out where they need to go next. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works for us here.
