You can find Al Mataf Travel at A1 Hari Arcade. We are tucked away behind Abhishek Plaza on Exhibition Road. It’s near the Windsar Hotel, so that’s a good landmark. Exhibition Road is always crowded, especially during certain times of the year. Our office is a straightforward place. We handle travel arrangements and visa stuff. It’s mostly paperwork and checking flight schedules. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency, just one that gets the job done. The arcade is a bit quiet compared to the main road, which is nice. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. It’s not decorated in any special way. We just have what we need. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but that’s just how it is. We know the other people working in Hari Arcade. It’s a decent community. We take things as they come. People walk in with a lot of questions about their trips. We try to answer them without making things complicated. We’ve been in this location for a while. It’s a practical spot for us. We spend our days looking at screens and talking to airlines. It’s honest work and we just keep at it every day. We usually close up around six or seven depending on how busy it gets with the late callers. It's just a normal office life.
