Jaiswal Traders

Jaiswal Traders is inside Umang Palace on Exhibition Road. We are right near the Kotak Mahindra Bank, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Exhibition Road is always packed with traffic, so it can be a bit of a headache to get here sometimes. We have been in this building for quite a while. We sell a variety of trading goods and hardware items. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be clever about how we stack the crates and bins. It’s mostly just us sitting behind the counter and talking to whoever comes in. We don't do any big marketing stuff. Most of our work is just keeping track of what’s in stock and making sure we don't run out of the basics. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but we just keep the doors open. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a place where you can get what you need for your project. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We see a lot of different people every day, from contractors to homeowners. It’s a steady pace of work and we like it that way. We usually eat our lunch in the back room between customers. It is just how things are done here at Umang Palace. We don't plan on moving anytime soon.
