Our office is over at Pramod Kumar’s house in Shivnagar, which is in the Khemnichak area of Sampatchak. Being near the Ford Ho makes it a pretty good location for a pharmaceutical business like ours. We’ve been here at Heartglow Pharmaceutical Private Limited for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood well. We have our workspace where we handle all the orders and keep track of our stock. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical place where real work happens. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We don't have a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything. Whether it’s unloading a truck or filing taxes, we just get it done. The heat in Patna can be a challenge in the summer, but we have our fans running and we keep moving. We don't believe in using big, empty words to describe what we do. We just distribute medicines and try to stay organized. It’s a steady job that keeps us on our toes. People in the area know us as the pharma team near Shivnagar. We’re just regular folks trying to run a decent business and provide for our families. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know.
