We’ve been here at Boring Road in Patna for a good while now. Our office is up on the second floor of the Shakti Commercial Complex. If you know this part of Patna, you know how busy it gets downstairs. There is always someone honking or trying to park a bike in a spot that’s too small. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to H F Pharma & Co, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a lot of shelves and desks with papers and medicine boxes everywhere. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there waiting for the generator to kick in so we can get back to the computers. We handle a lot of pharmaceutical stuff, mostly keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out to the local shops. It’s not a quiet job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Some days are slower than others, especially when it rains and the road outside gets all flooded like it usually does in Patna. We just keep the files organized as best as we can. My desk is near the window so I can see the traffic moving on Boring Road when I need a break from looking at the screens. It’s just me and a couple of others here most days, making sure the orders are right and the phone gets answered. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that, just work.
