Our space is on the second floor of Ananya Bhawan, over in Kamal Nath Nagar. We share the building with a few others, and it's a pretty active place. Ankit Kumar Verma helps us out with the location. Glard Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is basically just a bunch of us working through the daily grind of the medicine business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure our operations in Kamal Nath Nagar run smoothly every day. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get stressful. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones. Dealing with pharmaceutical logistics involves a lot of back-and-forth. Sometimes the shipments are delayed, and we have to scramble to fix things. That’s just the nature of the work here. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office looks like a place where people actually work—there are boxes and folders everywhere. We eat our lunch together and talk about how to get things done. It’s a simple life. Kamal Nath Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s easy enough for people to find Ananya Bhawan. We’ve built up a decent rhythm here over the months. No one here is wearing a tie unless they absolutely have to. We prefer just getting the job done without any extra fuss. It's a small team, but we're reliable and steady in our habits every single week.
