Patliputra Colony is a busy spot in Patna and we are located right at number 221 on Road No. 2. It’s mostly a residential area but there’s always cars moving around and people walking their dogs. Phulwari is just a bit away from us. The building has been here for some time now. We see people coming in from all over the city every day. Sometimes they get a bit lost looking for the right turn on the road because the signs aren't great. It’s always crowded inside on Monday mornings. We have staff who have worked here for years. They know the regulars by name and ask about their families. It’s not like those big corporate places where everything is glass and steel. We have old wooden desks and paper files that we still use. The tea stall just down the street is where most of us go during our short breaks. Patna gets really hot in May, so the waiting room usually has the coolers running full blast. We try to help out as many people as we can every day. Most folks come because their family told them to come here. Word of mouth is how most people find us in this colony. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Just staying in the neighborhood and doing the work is enough. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the people.
