Our office is over on Lane 5 of Gola Road in the Police Colony area. If you know Danapur, you know it can get pretty crowded, but our spot at Plot 315 is tucked away enough to get work done. Erikal Pharmaceuticals Private Limited started because there was a need for more steady supply in the Patna area. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls. We are more of a hands-on team. Most days you’ll find us sorting out orders or talking to people on the phone about deliveries. The Police Colony neighborhood is a decent place to be based. It feels safe and everyone kind of looks out for each other. Working in pharma in Bihar means you have to be ready for anything. We deal with the heat and the traffic just like everyone else. Our desks are usually piled with papers and logistics charts. It’s not always pretty, but it’s how we keep things moving. We don't spend money on big ads. We’d rather just make sure the crates get moved correctly. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment comes in. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small company. We’ve been at this for a bit now and have learned the ins and outs of Gola Road. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours. We value the relationships we have with the local shops and distributors.
