Our office is tucked away in Khatal Gali, over in the Machuatoli area of Patna. We are at Ramadhar Sharma’s place. It is a bit of a narrow lane, but everyone around here knows it. We call ourselves Elegant One Stop Solutions, though the office itself is more practical than elegant. We handle a bit of everything, which is why we picked that name. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. The sounds of the street come right through the windows. We have a few desks and a lot of files. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters. It is just a place where we work. We started this because we saw that people needed one place to go for their different business needs. We are not experts in everything, but we try our best to figure things out. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and that is the biggest crisis of the morning. We do not use big mission statements. We just try to finish the tasks we have for the day. Being in Patna 800016 feels like being in the heart of the city. There is always something happening. We have been here for a bit and the neighbors are used to us by now. It is a good, honest way to make a living. The humidity in the monsoon can be a bit much, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We are not perfect, but we are here and working.
