We’ve been based out of the MG Complex in Barahat for some time now. It is a quiet corner of Banka, and our office at number 568 is where all the daily work happens. Dealing with pharmaceuticals means a lot of focus on details, but at the end of the day, we are just local folks working in Bihar. The village setting suits us fine. It isn’t a high-rise building or anything like that. We spend most of our mornings checking through the stock and making sure the logistics for the day are set. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get a bit rough after a heavy rain, but that is just part of living and working here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us, Elcomed Pharmaceuticals Llp, handling the distribution and paperwork that comes with this line of work. People around here know where to find us if they need anything related to our stock. We keep things pretty straightforward. There are no complicated hierarchies here. Everyone chips in when a shipment arrives. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the pace of Barahat. It allows us to focus on what we are doing without the noise of a major city. We’ve grown used to the routine of the MG Complex and the familiar faces who stop by. It’s just a regular business doing its part in the local economy and making a living.
