We are an LLP, so it is a partnership where we all share the load and the responsibilities. Our work involves a lot of art-related stuff, but it is much more practical than it sounds. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure projects actually move forward on time. The office is in a residential-feeling area, which makes it feel less like a cold business and more like a home-grown project we all care about. We have a few rooms set up for our equipment and all our supplies. It is usually a bit of a mess because when you are working on art solutions, things tend to get scattered all over the place. We don't worry too much about having everything perfectly tidy all the time. As long as we can find what we need to finish the job, it is fine by us.
