We’ve been here in Rajendra Nagar for a bit now. Most days are just us coordinating with printers or making sure some stage setup is ready for a local function. It's not always smooth. Sometimes the banners don't arrive on time or the weather messes with an outdoor thing, but we just get on with it. Aastha is basically a few of us running around. People stop by the office and we talk about what they need for their shops or their family events. It’s a lot of phone calls and late nights. We don't have a big fancy team, just people who know how to get things printed and put up. Rajendra Nagar is a busy spot, so there's always something happening. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants a flyer or a stage, we figure out how to do it. It’s hard work, mostly physical stuff like hauling gear or checking colors on a screen. We’ve learned a lot about what works for people around here. It isn't just about ads, it's about being part of the neighborhood. We drink a lot of tea while staring at layouts. That’s just how it goes here. Nothing too complicated, just trying to do the job right so people come back when they have their next big thing. It's a small place but we keep it moving every day. Sometimes we forget to even lock the front door during the day because there is so much going on.
