We are over here on the New Bypass Road, right in front of Gyan Ganga. Arvind Prasad’s place is where we set everything up. It is a busy spot but people find us okay. Dr R.N. Balaji Super Speciality Hospitals Private Limited is basically a local medical facility meant for the folks around Nandlal Chhapra. We handle a lot of different cases every day. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded especially in the mornings when the sun hits the front windows. The staff here mostly grew up in this area or nearby, so we know the shortcuts and how the traffic gets during the festival seasons. Setting up a private limited hospital in this part of town took some work. We just try to keep the lights on and the rooms clean for whoever walks through the door. It is not a fancy glass building like you see in the big cities, but it does the job. Most of our days are spent checking charts and making sure the supplies are stocked up in the back. There is always someone coming in with a question or needing a check-up. We don't have a huge marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the patients who live right here in this neighborhood. It gets loud outside with the bypass traffic, but inside we keep things moving along as best as we can.
