Civil Engineer & Architect. Our office is House Number 502 on Judges Court Road in Patna. We are quite near Hari Palace, which most people use as a landmark to find us. This place serves as both a drafting studio and a meeting spot. As civil engineers and architects, our days are usually a bit chaotic. We are either drawing up new plans or checking on old ones. The office is filled with rolls of tracing paper and old blueprints. We don't go for the modern, minimalist look. It’s a working office, so there are piles of files and samples everywhere. We’ve been working in Patna for many years now. We know the local building codes and the common issues that pop up with construction in this climate. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. We don't like to rush things if it means the quality will drop. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or were told about us by a friend. We value that kind of trust more than any fancy marketing. Judges Court Road is a good place to be, even if it gets crowded. We just keep our heads down and focus on the structural details and the layouts. It’s what we know how to do, so we just stick to it. We keep our coffee hot and our pencils sharpened, and that's about it.
