Chef Head, Guwahati is the name we use, but you will actually find us located over in Patna. We are situated in Trimurti Nagar, specifically in the New Sultanpur area. If you know where the Dav School is, we are quite close to that. Our address is in Danapur Cantt, Ward No 20, with the zip code 801503. The person in charge here is Durgesh Kumar Pravin. We spend most of our time dealing with food and kitchen management. It’s a busy place, especially since we are near a school, so there are always people walking by. The building we are in is just a regular spot in the neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy decorations or big marketing banners hanging up. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot, and the noise from the street can be a bit much, but that’s just part of life in Patna. We are a small group, and we’ve been working out of this New Sultanpur location for some time now. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous; we just want to do our jobs well and keep things running smoothly. Durgesh is usually around if anyone needs to ask a question. It’s a very local, hands-on operation. We like being part of the community in Danapur Cantt and seeing the same faces every day.
