You can find us over at Panchu Green Homes in Phulwari. We are up on the fourth floor, in flat 401. It’s where Bryght Mind Expert Consultancy and Advisory operates from. It’s a residential-style setup, which is common enough around this part of Patna. Being under the care of Deepshikha Rai, the office has a bit of a personal feel to it. It’s not one of those cold, glass-fronted buildings. We have windows that look out over the neighborhood. From the fourth floor, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding rooftops and the trees that line the streets in Phulwari. It’s a nice change of pace from being on the ground. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the advisory work. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of staff in suits. It’s more relaxed than that. We just do our thing, looking over papers and talking to the people who need our help. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee when the afternoon slump hits. The apartment complex is generally well-kept, which is a plus. Deepshikha keeps the place organized, though with all the advisory work, we still manage to lose a pen or two under the piles of folders. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve set up our workspace to be functional above everything else. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you’ll usually see piles of documents around. We try to stay on top of things as they come in. It’s a modest way to run a consultancy, but it suits the way we like to work.
