Black Dolphin Spice is based in East Nepali Nagar, which is part of the Ashiyana Nagar area in Khajpura. Manoj Kumar Sinha runs the business from here. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood with a lot going on all the time. Our office isn't much to look at, just a regular building where we store our spices and handle the daily work. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled with papers and bags of spices waiting to be shipped out. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out the best way to get things delivered on time. It’s just a few of us working here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a boss in a suit or any big corporate rules. We just decide what needs to be done and do it. The local area is lively, and we often have people popping in to ask questions or check on their orders. We handle the whole process ourselves, from the moment the spices arrive until they are packed and ready to go. It’s tiring work sometimes, and we often have to deal with traffic jams or delayed trucks, but we've gotten used to it. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just focus on getting the work done right and being fair with the people we do business with.
