We are located over at Anand Shree Apartment on Lohiya Path. If you know the Jagdeo Path area in Patna, you probably know where that is. It is a busy spot. We spend most of our time dealing with the meat and making sure everything is cleaned up properly. Bkap Mutton Hub is a small operation. We get the stock in early, usually while most people are still sleeping. Cutting mutton is a skill that takes time to learn, and we have been doing it for a while now. The shop floor is always getting washed down because hygiene matters when you are handling raw meat. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just the counter and the back area where we do the prep work. Some days are much busier than others, especially on weekends when everyone wants to cook a big family meal. We see a lot of regular faces from around the neighborhood. It is nice to recognize the people who walk through the door. Sometimes we run out of certain cuts faster than we expect, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s just how the business goes. We don't use fancy wraps or anything, just plain paper or bags. It’s a straightforward job. We open up, do the cutting, talk to the customers, and go home. That is pretty much our whole day here at the hub.
