We are Aled Pharmaceuticals and you can find us over in the R B Compound in Ramna. Gaya is a pretty unique place to work, and being right here in the heart of it makes things interesting. Our office is fairly simple, located within the compound where a few other things are going on too. We spend most of our time dealing with the pharmaceutical business side, making sure everything is documented and the supplies are where they should be. It’s not a high-rise office building, just a regular space where we sit and work. The streets in Ramna can get quite packed, especially during the festival seasons, so we've learned to plan our days around that. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people who know how to handle the daily grind. We don't use any fancy management talk here. It is mostly about getting the tasks done and making sure we don't fall behind. Sometimes the internet is slow or the heat gets to be a lot, but we just carry on. Being in Bihar means you have to be a bit tough and patient. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. It is a decent place to run a company. We just focus on the work and keep our heads down. We don't really have a front desk, so if you come by, you'll just see us working at our tables for most of the day.
