Munger is a place with a lot of history and we feel like we are just one small part of the daily life here. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a plain building where we do our work every day. We usually get in early before the sun gets too high and the heat starts to really settle in. There’s always some noise from the street with rickshaws going by and people shouting, but once you step inside it's a bit calmer. We handle various tasks throughout the day and it keeps us pretty busy most weeks. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how things are around here. We know most of the people on our block by name. It’s the kind of place where you stop and talk for ten minutes before actually getting to work. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy suits. It is just us doing what we know how to do. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old files but we know where everything is. We just keep things moving along steadily through the week.
