Our office is right on Road No. 1, near the Kankarbagh Tempo Stand in Ashok Nagar. It’s a busy spot with all the tempos coming and going, so there’s always a lot of noise and dust. Abhilasha Exim Pvt. Ltd. has been around for some time now. We do import and export stuff, mainly handling the logistics and the boring paperwork that goes with it. The office isn't much to look at, just a few chairs and some computers, but we get the work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and suppliers. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just the way it goes in this business. Kankarbagh is a good location because it’s central, even if the traffic is a nightmare. We have a small team here, just four of us. We’ve known each other for years, so we work well together without needing a boss hovering over us. We don't wear suits or anything. Usually, it's just jeans and a shirt. We try to be helpful when people call with questions. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they should be. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. It’s a practical business for practical people. We stay open late most nights because work keeps us here.
