We are located at House No. 768 in Phase 1 of Urban Estate, Patiala. The area is quite nice and usually a lot quieter than the main market areas of the city. We have the 147002 pincode here. Our office is actually a house that we’ve repurposed for our export work. From the outside, you might not even know it’s a business. Inside, we have set up our desks and computers in the various rooms. It’s a very practical arrangement. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to answer it. The rooms are filled with stacks of documents and some samples we keep on hand. We spend a lot of our time dealing with logistics and the paperwork side of exports. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We make our own tea in the kitchen and sometimes we sit out in the small yard when the weather is decent. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The chairs are a bit squeaky and the lighting is just regular home bulbs. We prefer it this way because it feels more relaxed. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want a comfortable place to get our work done every day. Patiala is a good place for us and Urban Estate is a convenient spot for the whole team.
