Steelmans Broaches Pvt.Ltd. is located at 183 Ajit Nagar, and we have been here for a good amount of time now. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we do making broaches. It’s mostly metal shavings and the sound of machines running all day long inside. My father started things out, and we just kept it going. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone covered in oil or busy at a lathe. It gets loud in here, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to finish up their batches. We handle a lot of different sizes and types of tools. Sometimes the shipments arrive late, or a machine breaks down, and we have to spend the night fixing it. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. Ajit Nagar is a busy spot, and we are glad to be part of the neighborhood. People know where to find us if they need something specific made. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty on paper. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor checking the edges of the tools we produce. It's dusty, and there is always coffee brewing in the back room. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure they are right before they leave 183 Ajit Nagar. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know.
