Laxmi Fasteners Ltd. is situated out in Village Kuranwala, along the Barwala Road in the Mohali Dera district. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city areas, which makes it a quieter place to work in some ways, but we stay busy with the production. We make fasteners, which means we are dealing with metal parts and machinery all day long. The village setting is nice, though the road can be a bit rough sometimes after the rain. We have a solid group of people from the local area who work with us. It’s a straightforward factory setup. We don't have any fancy corporate offices with glass walls. It’s more about the machines and the output. We’ve been part of the Kuranwala community for a while now. Most people around here know where we are. We just focus on making the parts and getting them shipped out to whoever needs them. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. The day starts early here to beat the heat and the noise of the machines becomes a background sound we don't even notice anymore. We don't put on any airs about what we do. We just make fasteners and try to do it right. It’s a simple business located in a simple place. We are usually here until late in the evening getting the final batches ready for the next day's delivery trucks.
