Sehgal Engg Works

You can find us at number 42 in Kartar Park, along Alipur Road. This part of town is basically the factory area, so it’s full of noise and heavy trucks. Sehgal Engg Works is where we do all our machining and fabrication. It’s a noisy shop, to be honest. There’s always someone grinding metal or running a lathe. We started out small and just stayed in this same spot as we grew a bit. The floor is usually covered in some oil or metal shavings, even though we try to sweep up at the end of the day. It’s just the nature of engineering work. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the factory area who need something fixed or built. We have a few older machines that still run better than the new ones. The staff here knows exactly how to handle them. We spend our days wearing overalls and drinking tea in between jobs. Kartar Park isn't a place for tourists; it’s for people who work with their hands. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. We just focus on getting the parts right and making sure they’re ready when people come to pick them up. It’s simple and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes through the door.
