Khushi Ram Cement Company

At Khushi Ram Cement Company, we are located in Ward No 8 on the Jakhal Main Road. You can find us right opposite the Government Hospital. Having the hospital across the street makes us easy to find, though the road gets quite crowded with ambulances and people coming and going. We deal mostly in cement, which is heavy work. Every day involves unloading bags from trucks and stacking them up in the warehouse area. It’s a lot of lifting and moving. The dust from the cement gets on everything, so it’s not exactly a clean job. We’ve been on Jakhal Main Road for quite some time now. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just the stacks of bags and a small desk where we do the math. People from around Ward No 8 come to us when they are fixing up their houses or building something new. We know most of the local builders by name. The main road is always loud, and we spend a lot of our time out front watching for the next delivery truck. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just sell the cement and try to keep the counts right. It’s hard work on the back, but it’s what we do. If you need us, we are usually there from morning until the evening, right across from the hospital gates. That’s our life.
