Aggarsen Building Store

We are located at SCO No. 8 on Patiala Road in Zirakpur. If you are driving along, we are right across from the Platinum Honda showroom, which is a big landmark everyone knows. Zirakpur has grown so much lately and the traffic on Patiala Road can be a real headache, but it brings people our way. We also serve customers over in Chandigarh because it’s just a short drive away when the roads are clear. The store is full of building materials and it smells like dust and hard work. It’s not a showroom where you have to worry about where you step. We have things stacked up high and it can be a bit crowded when we get a big delivery. We spend our days loading and unloading and talking to folks about their construction projects. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we aren't all related. We know the regular drivers and the local builders by name. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs when it's a bit slow, just watching the cars go by. It’s a loud, busy spot but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We don’t do fancy marketing. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first truck to pull in. It’s practical work for practical people, right here on the main road. The Aggarsen Building Store is just part of the local landscape now and we hope to stay here.
