We are based out in Cheema, on the Mansa Road. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the big industrial hubs, but we stay quite busy with the agro work. Agriculture is what everyone knows around here, so it made sense for us to set up shop in this spot. We spend a lot of time thinking about machines and how they work in the fields. It’s not just office work; we’re often out back checking on things or talking to the mechanics. The building isn't anything special, just some bricks and a roof that keeps the rain off our heads. We’ve got a small team, and most of us have been together for years. We don't really do the whole 'boss and employee' thing too strictly; we just all chip in where it's needed. Sometimes the internet is slow because we are a bit out of the way, which makes the paperwork take longer than it should. We just deal with it. People from the surrounding farms come by to see what we are up to, and we usually have a cup of tea with them. It’s a relaxed pace, but the work is serious. We just want to provide something useful for the folks working the land. No fancy talk, just agro tech and local people making a go of it on Mansa Road. We stay focused on the day's tasks and try to help our neighbors when we can.
