Our place is at 18A on Street No-1A in Guru Nanak Nagar, Patiala. It’s a residential-feeling area, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. 147001 is where we keep all the speakers, mixers, and lights. The house is often filled with the sound of us testing out the equipment or making sure the cables are working right before we head out. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights; it’s just a regular building where we store our gear and handle our bookings. Being in Patiala, we travel all over the local area for parties and weddings. Most of our work happens late at night, so our neighbors in Guru Nanak Nagar are pretty patient with us loading and unloading the vans in the dark. It’s not a fancy life, just a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the music is ready to go. We started doing this because we just liked the equipment and the atmosphere of local celebrations. There are no corporate bosses here, just a few of us who know how to run the sound system. Sometimes the equipment breaks and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it on the floor with our tools. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't really do much advertising; people just hear about us through word of mouth after a party. It’s a simple setup, and we keep it that way because it works for us.
