We are the Csc Pathankot Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our whole setup is located in Village Jugial. You can usually find us through Anuj Sharma, who helps manage things. We have been operating out of this village for quite a while now. Pathankot is the nearest big town, but we are rooted right here in Jugial. Being in a small village means that things often move at a slightly slower pace, which we actually prefer for our daily work. We are a company formed by local farmers for the benefit of other farmers in the area. Most of our days are spent out in the fields or sitting around the small office area we have set up. We do not really have any big, complex corporate goals. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the crops are looked after properly. It is a very hands-on kind of business for everyone involved. We deal with whatever problems pop up on any given day. Sometimes it is a piece of broken equipment that needs fixing, and other times it is just coordinating the transport for the seasonal harvest. Village life is simple and we try to keep our business practices that way too. We do not use any big marketing words or fancy slogans. We are just regular people from the village working together to get things done. Anuj helps keep our schedules and papers organized. It is a good life out here.
