Ub Engineering

Ub Engineering is based at Karippumannil House in Kattookkara, which is part of Thiruvalla in Kerala. It is a house rather than a big office building, which is actually a nice way to work. The area around Kattookkara is quite green and peaceful, a bit different from the crowded cities. We are located near the Thiruvalla P.O., so getting our mail and documents is pretty straightforward. The pin code here is 689101. Inside Karippumannil House, we have a few rooms set up with our desks and all the equipment we need for our engineering tasks. It’s a small, local team here. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We just do our work and let that be it. The weather in Kerala can be quite wet, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time indoors listening to the rain on the roof while we look over our technical drawings. It’s an honest, quiet life. We start our day early and try to get through everything before the evening. There isn't a lot of fuss at Ub Engineering. We just focus on the math and the planning that goes into our jobs. People in the local area usually know where the house is, so we don't need big signs out front. It’s a very simple and practical arrangement for us, and the atmosphere in Thiruvalla is just right for the kind of work we do.
