We focus on building houses and developing property for the local community. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time, which is good for when we need to sit down and figure out the costs of a project. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We spend our time managing the workers and making sure the bricks and cement are of good quality. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes a lot of waiting for permits, but that’s the way it goes.
