We are located in Kerala, specifically in the area with the 691524 pin code. It’s a beautiful part of the state, though it can get very humid during the monsoon months. Our setup here is pretty basic. We have an office where we handle the daily administrative tasks. It’s not one of those high-tech buildings you see in the big cities. We prefer it this way because it feels more connected to the local community. There are usually a few of us here every day, sorting through files and making sure the projects are on track. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and residents. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, and we just wait it out or work by the windows. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't have a dress code or fancy meetings. We just sit around the table and figure out what needs to be done. The office has some old furniture and stacks of blueprints in the corners. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. It’s a bit slow-paced compared to the metro areas, but we still get a lot of work finished. We’ve been a part of this landscape for a while. Most people in the local area know where our office is. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s required of us. It is a quiet but steady operation we have here.
